Here are the instructions on how to activate your cameras in the app:
(If you do not have the options shown in the pictures below, please update your Reveal app)
- Click the home icon
- Click the camera icon at the top
- Click on the location name
- Select camera name
- Select one of the small icons below the camera name Except the picture Icon
- Click reactivate on the camera details page
Note: If you clicked the photo icon below the camera name you will want to click “i” in the upper right-hand corner.
How to pause my billing (Camera Suspension)
If you would like to pause your billing for the season, you can Suspend your camera in the Reveal app. You will only want to use the Suspend feature if you plan to leave your camera(s) out of service for at least 30 days. Please do not suspend your cameras if you are on a yearly data plan, as you have already prepaid for the year at the time of camera activation/plan sign up.
To do this:
- Click the camera icon at the Top of your Home Page in the Reveal app
- Select the Camera Location
- Under the name of the Camera hit any of the icons besides the picture icon
- Scroll down to select “Suspend”
How to Permanently Remove a Reveal from my account
To permanently remove your camera from your account, you will need to Deactivate the camera from your Reveal app. (If you do not have the options shown in the pictures below, please update your Reveal app)
To do this:
- Click the camera icon at the Top of your Home Page in the Reveal app
- Select the Camera Location
- Under the Camera name hit any of the icon Except the picture icon
- Scroll down to select Permanently Delete
- Confirm the permanent delete on next page.
Note: If you hit the picture icon hit the “i” button in the upper right hand corner.
