To participate in the AirTalk Wireless® service, certain eligibility requirements must be met, which are set by each State where the service is provided. These requirements are based on a person’s participation in state, Federal support programs, or by meeting the Income Poverty Guidelines as defined by the U.S. Government.

The service is limited to one person per household. AirTalk Wireless is powered by AirVoice; an FCC-licensed Eligible Telecommunication Carrier (ETC) which offers Lifeline, Affordable Connectivity and Emergency Broadband Service to eligible customers across America. You may qualify for FREE phone service if you receive assistance from Medicaid/Medi-Cal, SNAP/CalFresh or other government programs, or if you are considered low income

How To Activate Airtalk Wireless Phone :

1. Visit the page https://airtalkwireless.com/active-my-sim-card

2. Enter your MDN Number in the first column.

3. Next enter your SIM card number.

4. Now click on Submit button.

5. The SIM will be activated in due time.

How long will it take to ship my phone?

Once your order is complete, you will receive the phone within 3-7 business days. You can also check on the status of your application by visiting Check Status and entering the same email address and zip code you used while initially applying.

What if my phone does not work or damage or was lost or stolen?

If your phone has a manufacturer defect, you can exchange it for a similar model within 15 days from the day you received the phone for FREE.

As the federal government only subsidizes the monthly phone service and our company provided you with a FREE phone at our cost, we can only provide a FREE phone with free shipping and handling when you originally signed up with us or have stayed with us at least 6 months. Otherwise, if you’d like to order a replacement phone, you can do so by paying a $25 fee. This fee mainly covers shipping and handling costs, and this device will come with a 15-day warranty.

Why is the phone I received different from what I selected?

We’re sorry that we weren’t able to send you the same model of your choice. We try our very best but if the model isn’t available, we will send our best option.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your application is approved, you will receive your phone within 7-10 business days. Once it’s been processed, you’ll be sent an email and an SMS with your tracking number. Make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.

Why am I required to upload eligibility proof?

As AirTalk Wireless is a government assistance lifeline program, certain eligibility documentation is required in order to verify a subscriber’s qualified participation in the program. Subscribers can qualify by participating in any of the below programs or may be eligible if their household income is at or below the Federal poverty guideline in their state.

You may qualify for Lifeline if you participate in one of the following government programs:

  • Food Stamps / Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Medical Assistance (Medicaid)
